Mar 17, 2023 (Q Unknown) - Battle Mountain Gold drilled 7 holes in 1997. The best results were obtained from Hole K97-1 which intersected 5.41 g/t Au over 1.0 m and 2.51 g/t Au over 1.0 m; Filo and Jones drilled two holes in 1998 to test for potential gold mineralization. The best sample obtained was in a narrow (0.15 m) vein which assayed 2548 ppb Au.
