Mar 17, 2023 (Q Unknown) - Sub-economic gold values were found in association with the main graphite zone and graphitic slips associated with a shear and mafic dyke contact. These values were 1.10 g/tonne over 1.5 m and 1.84 g/tonne over 1.5 m (REF 1); Percussion drilling in 1991 confirmed that Zone 1 contains anomalous concentrations of gold (up to 2983 ppb). Zone 3, discovered in 1991 (13,029 ppb Au), returned three significant gold assays of 11657, 7748, and 754 ppb. These results appear to originate in a sheared felsic to intermediate tuff containing 10-20% very fine grained pyrite (REF 2).
