Mar 17, 2023 (Q Unknown) - In 1996, KRL Resources Corp. initiated a 2272 metre drill program on its holdings in Shining Tree. The best results from the entire program were drilled in the following holes on the Cook lease. Hole KC1 intersected 1.24 g/t Au over 4.0 m and 1.57 g/t Au over 6.0 m. Hole KC8 intersected 2.13 g/t Au over 2.0 m and 1.25 g/t Au over 2.5 m. Hole KC11 intersected 1.45 g/t Au over 2.9 m and 1.39 g/t Au over 8.0 m. Hole KC12 intersected 1.57 g/t Au over 6.0 m and 2.67 g/t Au over 13.0 m; Drilling in 1987 by Orcana Resources intersected values up to 0.496 and 0.42 ounces Au per ton, over 3 foot core lengths in sections of calc-alkalic basalt.
