Exploration History

Intersections of up to 3.28 g/t Au over 4.0 m occur in the shear zone and a high grade vein north of the shear zone assayed 149.28 g/t Au over 1.4m (CO-2766); A drilling program of 1061m was undertaken in June 2000. Four new holes were drilled and one old hole was deepened. Hole G-00-14 intersected 0.70 g/t Au over 1.23m. Higher in the hole, an argillite-bedded pyrite unit assayed 1.3 g/t Au over 1.87m. G-00-15 intersected a vein system assaying 0.59 g/t Au over 4.88m including 4.80 g/t Au over 0.4m. A 3.16m section assayed 0.90% Zn including 0.80m which assayed 2.76% Zn. G-00-07 (extension) intersected one significant value of 2.35 g/t Au over 0.65m. G-00-17 intersected schist and altered felsic rock averaging 0.59 g/t Au over 7.77m including individual values up to 1.45 g/t over 0.7m.
