ASSAYS: 3.4 G AU/T/5.5M AT WESTERN SHAFT; NOTE: INCLUDES LANDAGNE SHOWING, GRANITE CREEK OCCURRRENCE; REF. INDEX: (6) GEOPHYSICS; Work performed by Rosko was on old trenches and pits. An Atlas Copco gas powered drill was used to drill several short holes to blast out fresh samples. Very little mineralization was seen in the quartz vein, however the hanging and foot wall were well mineralized. Four of the seven samples taken had assays greater than 3.21 g/tonne with the highest value being 24.82 g/tonne (CO-2710); Hole C-1-93 was deemed to have been contaminated. Whereas, hole C-2-93 yielded gold values up to 1217 ppb, but no structure or mineralized zone was encountered (CO-0952).
