Oct 08, 2014 (A Wilson) - A band of rusty schist up to 30 ft. in width strikes N10W and has been traced for a distance of 600 ft. It contains a series of disconnected lenses of quartz up to 5 feet in width. Some of the quartz is banded and cherty and the schist is altered to carbonate and sericite.

Oct 08, 2014 (A Wilson) - Grab samples collected from the vicinity of the showing in 1944 returned values up to 2.44 dwt gold. Grab samples collected by United Buffadison Mines Ltd. in the 1960’s returned values of 0.23, 0.20, and 0.05 oz/t Au. One drill hole from the United Buffadison drilling returned an assay of 0.21 oz/t Au over an indeterminate width. Grab samples collected by G. Mullan in 1992 returned gold values ranging from 10-20 ppb , Cu values ranging from 0.001 to 0.021% and some zinc values up to 0.011%.
