Jul 12, 2010 (J Suma-Momoh) - 'Native gold has been found in the dyke and some high assays were obtained.' REF: OGS 1966, GR 44, page 14. Diamond-drilling intersected mineralized fractures in syenite-mafic tuff complex. Best assay was 0.08 oz of gold/ton across 75 feet. REF: OGS 1979, MDC 18, P205.
