Mineralization Comments

May 25, 2010 (J Suma-Momoh) - In 1936, a work program under the supervision of G.L. Holbrooke identified a strong east-west trending shear containing parallel quartz veins across a 12-foot width and over a length of 600 feet. The showing, which has been traced for over 100 metres and is about 0.6 metres wide, occurs just north of the shear. REF: KL 1767 page 4. Assays from grab samples yielded 0.01 to 0.46 oz of gold per ton. REF: KL 1086, page 6; KL 2857. In 1971, grab samples taken by Shield Geophysics staff from quartzose vein material averaged 0.72 oz of gold per ton. REF: KL 1842, Summary page. The main showing contains very fine-grained and uniformly disseminated pyrite as well as some blebs and fracture coatings of coarser-grained pyrite. Pyrite is about 10 % of the material in places. A chip sample across the showing assayed 0.44 oz of gold across 2.5 feet. REF: KL 1767

Alteration Comments

May 25, 2010 (J Suma-Momoh) - There are some zones of shearing with silicification and pyritization on the property. REF: ODM 1935, AR 44, Part 2, page 48. Fuchsite and carbonate alteration are also reported. REF: In: Old MDI File No. T1201; Kirkland Lake RGO.
