Mineralization Comments

May 18, 2010 (J Suma-Momoh) - The Main Showing on the property consists of an outcrop of rhyolite breccia occurring within massive and porphyritic andesite. The andesite contains up to 1 % finely disseminated and blotchy pyrite. The mineralized breccia contains pyrite, sphalerite and galena. This zone was intersected by the Texasgulf drilling in 1975; it assayed: 0.04 % copper, 2.96 % zinc, 0.16 % lead, 0.10 oz/t silver, and 0.01 oz/t gold over a core length of 7.2 feet. No assays are reported for the enclosing pyritic sections in the andesite and andesite porphyry. REF: KL0889, page 6. The South Showing occurs approximately 900 feet south of the 'main showing'. It is a fine-grained, greenish-grey, sheared silicious rock. Pyrite forms up to 5 % of the rock and occurs as fine grained disseminations and thin veinlets. Samples from this area are reported to have returned values ranging from 0.005 oz/t gold to 0.16 oz/t gold in grab samples. REF: KL 1792, page 4 - 5.

Alteration Comments

May 18, 2010 (J Suma-Momoh) - In places, the andesites are highly chloritic. The rhyolites are lightly to moderately chloritized and/or sericitized. Rhyolitic breccias contain indistinct subrounded to subangular fragments suggesting a flow rather than a pyroclastic origin. REF: KL0889, page 5. The andesites are somewhat sheared and altered to a carbonate schist. Some pits in the claim group showed rusty carbonate schist abundantly mineralized with pyrite and containing small stringers of calcite and quartz. REF: ODM 1932, AR Vol. 41, Part 2, page 18 - 19.
