Mineralization Comments

May 14, 2010 (J Suma-Momoh) - Diamond drill hole K3-91 intersected 0.002 oz/t over 2 ft; 0.004 oz/t over 10 feet; and 0.021 oz/t Au over 2 ft as best assay in the drilling program of year 1991. REF: KL 3445. In the1997 stripping program, a single grab sample (about 45-50 m northwest from the drill hole K3-91) returned 0.34 oz/t Au. REF: KL6220, page 18, last paragraph. A sample (# 1226) of quartz vein collected by Phoenix Matachewan Mines Inc. during summer of 2003 ran 643 ppb Au. REF: Table 2, in KL 5245. Other samples from the site have returned 2.2 g/t Au in grab sample; 2.3 g/t over 30 cm and 0.7 g/t over 0.2 cm in channel samples. REF: Map KL 5245-2.
