Nov 15, 2006 (D Draper) - Hole A-8 (Length: 834ft; bearing 270 deg Az; dip -45 deg)--best assay: 0.70 % Ni over 5ft @ 290 - 295ft in carbonatized and chloritized andesite with minor sulphides (unspecified). The other 6 5-ft samples taken from this unit assayed 0.44 to 0.69% Ni. Two peridotite units below the andesite assayed 0.13 to 0.34% Ni. Hole A-10 (837ft, same bearing/dip as A-8) was drilled 300ft (90m) due east of A-8. A talcose peridotite unit @ 657 to 703ft assayed 0.24 to 0.56% Ni. Assays of 0.11 and 0.15% Ni were returned over 15ft of siliceous sediments @ 785ft.
Jul 11, 2007 (A Wilson) - A 5 ft section of drill core returned 0.47% Ni from andesite (drill hole A-8) and a 5 ft section of peridotite in drill hole A-10 returned 0.56% Ni.
