Aug 30, 2007 (A Wilson) - The showing is described as a 3 ft wide zone of sulphide rich material lying at the contact between the silicified granites of the Peterlong Lake complex and ultramafic rocks.

Sep 08, 2014 (A Wilson) - Grab samples collected by Sandrelli in 1957 returned up to 1.46% Cu, 0.09% Ni, 1.16 oz/t Ag and $0.70 Au. A grab sample collected by Hollinger in 1962 returned nil gold and 0.04% Ni. A grab sample collected by J. Boissoneault in 1973 returned 0.02 oz/t gold.
