Aug 30, 2007 (A Wilson) - The occurrence is described as a quartz pegmatite vein in unaltered granodiorite. The main vein strikes N25E and can be traced for 200 ft along strike.

Sep 08, 2014 (A Wilson) - Samples weighing 10 lbs each were collected from the trenches in 1969. The samples were collected over widths of approximately 20 inches. The best assays returned 0.40% MoS2, 0.06% Bi over 20 inches, 0.14% MoS2, 0.15% Bi over 20 inches and 0.06% MoS2, 0.26% Bi and 0.005 oz/t gold over 20 inches. Grab samples collected by K. Darke in 1969 returned up to 0.96 oz/t Au, 9.16 oz/t Ag, 2.7% MoS2, and 0.20% Pb. Copper values up to 0.02% also were returned from sample CD-5.
