Access Description: From Matachewan, Take Highway 561 W for 30 KM. Turn onto Forest Access Rd. and follow for 27 km the crossing of Zavitz Creek. The occurrence can be found in the are about 1.5 km northwest of the crossing.
1998 Tri Origin Exploration Ltd. reported an assay value of 806 ppb Au from a carbonate-chlorite schistose mafic metavolcanic.
