Aug 31, 2007 (A Wilson) - The gold mineralization is restricted to a shear zone in the metavolcanics adjacent to the SE-trending upper contact of the lower gabbroic sill in the Muskasenda Lake metagabbro complex. The metagabbro does not appear to be sheared. The shear zone strikes N75°E, dips 63° N, and in the vicinity of the main showing follows the local trend of the sill. The zone averages 24 m in width and was traced over an approximate strike length of about 61 m. The copper occurrence is situated on the shoreline of Telluride Bay approximately 200 m south of the main gold showing.

Feb 04, 2016 (A Wilson) - Grab samples collected by Sylvanite returned values upto $5.05 Au over 3.2 ft. Copper values range between 1-2% and silver values range between 0.12-2.14 oz/t. Grab samples collected by Marjel Resources in 1984 returned gold values up to 0.686 oz/t Au over 6.58 ft.
