Aug 31, 2007 (A Wilson) - The sheared metagabbro adjacent to the veins is strongly chloritized and locally silcified, carbonatized with disseminated pyrite, pyrrhotite and minor chalcopyrite. The metagabbro is locally brecciated. The shear zone is approximately 40 ft wide, strikes N30°E and dips to the west.

Aug 31, 2007 (A Wilson) - Anomalous values up to 0.24 oz/t Au have been returned from pits at the showing. The best assay from the 1965 diamond drilling program returned 0.32 oz/t Au over 0.6 m from quartz veins in a chloritic schist. A grab sample collected by the OGS in 1967 returned 13.4 oz/t gold, 13.1 oz/t Ag and 1.66% Cu.
