Lithology Comments

Aug 17, 2017 (A Wilson) - The main lithological unit hosting the anomaly is described as a dark green, fine-grained, massive to locally foliated mafic volcanic rocks. The unit shows wispy, brick-red hematite alteration, locally associated with the porphyry. The metavolcanic rocks are in contact with ultramafic rocks that have been intruded by numerous porphyritic bodies proximal to the mafic volcanic contact.
