Feb 28, 2008 (A Wilson) - The vein is reportedly more than 30 ft wide and has been traced along strike for 70 ft. The vein strikes N70°W. The vein is hosted by gabbro and metagabbro.

Feb 28, 2008 (A Wilson) - The vein reportedly returned low values of gold. Grab samples collected by Brewis and White in 1946 returned assays up to 0.19 oz/t Au over 4 ft. Grab samples collected by Rousseau and Morais in 2001 returned assays up to 0.18 g/t gold.
