Feb 28, 2008 (A Wilson) - The showing consists of a narrow quartz vein (6-18 inches in width) within gabbro. Granophyre was mapped in some locations near the pits. The mineralized zone follows a strong shear trending N45°E along the edge of a large outcrop. The shear dips 60°NW. The vein has been traced to the east for 150 feet and is exposed again in Godfrey Township. The vein has been traced intermittently for about 50 ft to the west.
