Point Location Description: Approximate collar of Denton Resources (Frank Galata) DDH 9809
Location Method: Based on Assessment
In 1987 and 1988 Keefer Lake Resources completed magnetometer and geological surveys and some stripping on claims covering this occurrence. Denton Resources (Frank Galata) drilled 16 holes totalling 5845.6 ft. in 1998. DDH 9809 was collared at 338W/210S on the Godon Lake Grid at an azimut of 292/-51.5. The hole encountered shear, sericitic altered volcanic rocks through much of its length with the rock becoming more chloritic towards the end of the hole at 306 ft. The shear fabric was at a low angle to the core axis through much of the hole. (less than 20 degrees). Six other ddh were drilled in the immediate vicinity of 9809, but these did not intersect significant gold mineralization.

Jun 16, 2020 (G Seim) - DDH 9809 284 to 286 ft. (2.0ft.) returned 7.73 g/t Au - 286 to 289 ft. (3.0 ft.) returned 0.69 g/t Au. Shearing and quartz-carbonate stringers with up to 5 percent pyrite are associated with the gold values.
