Access Description: Drill hole was collared 200 m south and 232 m west of the #1 post of P568494. This about 1 km SSE of junction of Highway 101 and the Mallette Road. A tractor trail may lead to the drill hole collar.



Exploration History

Diamond drill hole de#1-6-85 by Labrador Mining and Exploration Company intersected 0.5 m grading 0.152 opt Au from 86.5 m to 87.0 m. The preceding 0.5 m returned 0.016 opt Au and the following 0.5 m returned 0.56 opt Au.

Jun 18, 2020 (G Seim) - DE#1-6-85 collared through 22 m of overburden. The drill hole cut carbonate-sericite-chlorite schist for most of its length with short intervals described as altered mafic flow, ultramafic flow and intermediate flow.
