Access Description: The drill hole was collared about 1.5 km S of Highway 101 about mid way between Cripple Creek and Mahoney Creek.
In 1986, Golden Range Resources drilled GRD-86-6. 570 ppb Au over 2.4 ft. was returned from 338.6 to 341.0 ft. down the hole. 01/14/2002 (G W Seim) - GRD-86-6 (-45 degrees) collared at 67 ft.and cut a succession of intermediate tuff, chloritic tuff, sericite schist and graphitic sediments. The 550 ppb Au assay was returned from a interval of graphitic schist containing pyrite nodule and qutartz-ankerite-py veins.
