Mineralization Comments

Jan 09, 2015 (D Draper) - Sample of iron formation taken near SE corner of the SE ¼, N ½, Lot 12, Conc. I by Goose Lake Iron Mines returned 36.76% acid soluble Fe. Core samples from Consolidated Morrison's drilling in vicinity of later Brown-McDade work returned only sub-occurrence values. However, on file is a reference to a grab sample (Whit 1) which assayed 11.7% Cu and 5.56 oz/t Ag, but there is no indication of where on the property this sample was taken. Texas Gulf's 1975 work indicated the zone of massive sulphides (py, cpy, sph) was exposed along a 30ft strike length with a true thickness of 10ft at surface. A surface sample was reported to have assayed 2.80% Cu, 1.46 oz/t Ag and 0.56% Zn over 10ft. This mineralized zone occurs at the nose of a fold which plunges northeast at about 30 degrees Brown-McDade drilling: --Hole XR-1 assayed an average of 1.35% Cu, 0.59% Zn, 1.38 oz/t Ag and 0.04 opt Au over the uppermost 11.5ft in a zone of chert and carbonate mineralized with cpy and bornite. Included in this unit was a 3-foot sample that returned 1.66% Cu, 0.72% Zn, 1.89 oz/t Ag and 0.13 oz/t Au. --Hole WH-4-79, collared 30m SE of XR-1, returned 3250ppm Cu over 2 ft at 47ft in cherty I.F. --Hole WH-5-79, collared 30m NE of XR-1, averaged 4660 ppm Cu over 21ft of dacitic tuffs and cherty I.F. mineralized with py and cpy The most recent work on the property has been to evaluate it as a source of siliceous material that may have potential as smelter flux. Two grab samples of the chert horizon taken by Croxall in the vicinity of the discovery pit returned 99.18% and 89.52% SiO2.

Jan 09, 2015 (A Wilson) - Samples collected from the site in 1975 returned an assay of 0.344 oz/t Au, 5.1 oz/t Ag and 8.42% Cu.
