Lithology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Quartz veins range from 2 ft to 10 ft in width. The veins intrude massive mafic metavolcanic rocks that are interlayered with narrow units of intermediate to felsic metavolcanics. The veins are massive and are surrounded by an alteration halo of sericite and dolomite.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Grab samples from quartz veins returned values ranging from $0.40 Au to $48.00 Au. The best assay from the Noranda trenching returned 0.065 oz/t Au over 0.55m.
