Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - A shaft was sunk in chlorite schist north of the contact with a porphyry. The schist has been descirbed as consisting of massive pyritized mafic flows intercalated with felsic tuffs/sedimets and chlorite-sericite schist. Feldspar porphyry dikes are common in the shaft area where some of them host narrow quartz-pyrite veinlets.
