Apr 20, 2016 (C Salo) - Geological mapping indicates that bedrock in the area is largely glacial drift covered and consists mainly of weakly metamorphosed (greenschist or lower metamorphic facies) subaqueously deposited basalt of the (Archean) Kinojevis Group.

Apr 20, 2016 (A Wilson) - The area is underlain by tholeiitic basalts. The drilling by Canadian Arrow indicated a syenitic intrusive possibly underlying the northern portion of the claims.

Apr 20, 2016 (A Wilson) - Sheared diorite and the syenite returned the best gold values. DDH 2 returned 0.13 oz./t Au over 1 ft and DDH 3 returned values of 0.01 oz./t Au over 4.5 ft.
Dec 07, 2005 (C Salo) - Assays as high as 0.13 ounce of gold per ton across 1 foot diamond drill core lengths were yielded from drilling within medium to coarse grained grey diorite which is intruded by quartz-carbonate veins and syenite dikes. Sheared diorite and syenitic dikes apparently contain the highest gold tenors.
