Lithology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (R Degagne) - Pits are reported (Satterly 1952) to expose sulfide minerals associated with quartz-carbonate veins of unspecified orientation occurring along flow contacts and associated with narrow porphyritic dikes. Barren quartz-carbonate veins in the area are reported (Satterly 1952) to strike 167 and to dip 60-70 degrees west. No assay data relating to this occurrence were be found by the present writer.
