Lithology Comments

Jun 26, 2013 (G Seim) - Holes 92-3 and 92-4 both cut a broad zone of carbonate alteration along the projected trend of the Gold Island - Aquarius Fault. The carbonate zone dips southerly at 50 to 55 º. In hole 92-3, the carbonate zone has a true width of at least 82 m, but the bottom of the hole is still in moderately carbonatized rock. Most of the zone consist of 25 to 50% carbonate intermixed with strongly foliated talc-chlorite. Holes 92-5 and 92-6 also intersected the same carbonate replacement body and drill hole 92-6 intersected an altered quartz-feldspar poprphyry between 220.7 and 417.5 m at depth.

Mineralization Comments

Jun 26, 2013 (A Wilson) - Assays from the eastern part of the prospect include 0.030 oz/t Au over 2.2 m and 0.38 oz/t Au over 3.3 m. The assays came from a felsite unit. Assays from the central part of the zone include 0.01 oz/t Au or better over3.0 m, with the highest values being 0.34 oz/t au over 1.0 m. Assays from the western part of the carbonate zone include an average of 0.015 oz/t Au in 92-5 and 0.025 oz/t Au in 92.6. Higher grade intervales include 0.040 oz/t Au over 14.8 m in 92-5 and 0.05 oz/t Au over 17.0 m in 92-6. The altered quartz-feldspar porphyry intersected in 92-6 had a best assay of 0.015 oz/t Au over 15 m. Echo Bay DDH HL01-02 intersected elevated gold values of: 2949 ppb Au over 1 m, 3565 ppb Au over 1 m, 3497 ppb Au over 1 m, 63.43 ppb Au over 1 m and 5780 ppb Au over 1 m, all in altered diorite.
