Lithology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Diamond drilling intersected a sequence of weakly foliated ultramafic rock with moderate chlorite, weak talc and minor calcite-quartz veining. The lower contact of the ultramafic is marked y a 5.6 ft wide graphitic fault zone. Underllying the ultramafic flow is a sequence of mafic flow breccia, weakly pillowed flows and greywacke-argillite. The hole terminated in a thick sequence of serpentinized ultramafic rock.
