Point Location Description: Under Nighthawk Lake, between Gold Island and the East Peninsula of Nighthawk Lake.

Access Description: This prospect is under the waters of Nighthawk Lake. Access is by water from the Fredrickhouse River landing at Highway 101 or from the Nighthawk Mine site or from the Goldhawk Mine site.

1965: Broulan Reef Mines Limited - ground geophysics. 1980-84: Pamour Porcupine Mines Ltd. - ground geophysics, DD, OVD. 1990: property acquired by Royal Oak Mines Inc. 1997: Royal Oak Mines Inc. - DD-4-2700 ft. 2002: Kinross Gold Corporation - ground geophysics, DD.

Jun 24, 2013 (A Wilson) - Diamond drilling intersected a serpentinized and carbonatized peridotite, carbonated talcose chlorite schist and green carbonate ore.




Mineralization Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (G Seim) - HP84-1 intersected 0.074 opt Au over 71.0 feet.


Jun 24, 2013 (A Wilson) - Assays from Pamour DDH 84-6 returned best values of 0.037 oz/t Au over 2.4 ft, 0.033 oz/t Au over 4 ft. 0.046 oz/t Au over 2 ft and 0.114 oz/t Au over 1.5 ft. The most consistently high values were from the green carbonate zone.
