Mineralization Comments

Jan 12, 2023 (Q Unknown) - Diamond drilling by Questmont Mines Ltd in 1974 resulted in DDH 74-5 intersecting what the drill log described as Altered Schists, Quartz Veins, Iron Formations (Banded). No significant gold values were intersected by this drill hole, however one weakly anomalous value of 170 ppb Au / 9 feet (2.74 metres) was discovered. The drill hole came out of the overburden into this rock type, and the hole EOH was also within this unit. This entry of altered schists and quartz veins is considered significant in light of the hole's close proximity to the Frankfield Deposit located some 700 metres to the west.
