Jan 12, 2023 (Q Unknown) - Exploration diamond drilling by Falconbridge Limited in 1995 resulted in DDH G022-01 intersecting anomalous zinc and copper values hosted by a narrow sedimentary graphitic/argillaceous, sulphide, exhalite unit. This unit is in contact with a pillowed mafic volcanic flow further up the hole. Assays of 0.11% Zn / 1.46 metres, and 0.02% Cu / 9.92 metres were returned from this section.
