Access Description: Access to the property is from the west via a gravel road that passes through the southern portion of Prosser Twp and departs from Hwy 655.
Gold mineralization was discovered on the nearby Nickel Offsets property in 1969. During the course of a detailed diamond drilling program by Noranda Exploration on that property, several wildcat holes were drilled on the Creighton - MacDougall patent.

Jan 12, 2023 (Q Unknown) - One such hole (NO88-36) intersected a gold value of 0.284 oz/ton Au along a core length of 4.0 feet. A subsequent follow up hole, DDH NO88-43, intersected a weaker value of 0.296 oz/ton Au / 2.0 feet. No drill logs for these two holes are provided in the assessment files, and no details concerning these values are given in the text of the reports.
