Jan 12, 2023 (Q Unknown) - Diamond drilling by the Gold Shield Syndicate in 1982 resulted in DDH 82-3 intersecting a 46.8 foot section of quatrz-chlorite-tourmaline-pyrite veining hosted by an amygdaloidal mafic flow. One sample of an interval that contained 40% quartz and 1% pyrite returned a gold value of 0.036 oz/ton Au / 5.3 feet.
