1982 - Placer Development Corp completed airborne and ground geophysical survery and drilled 9 ddh in Wark Tp. W6-82-001 was drilled in Lot 5 Conc. 4 Wark Tp. at -55 degrees, Az. 135.

Geology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (G Seim) - DDH W6-82-001 cased through 68.3 m of overburdern. The hole encountered a felsic volcanoclastic to 90.85 m, diorite to 93.10 m, arkose (with graphite) to 127.9 m, graphitic argillite to 133.3 m and andesite to the endof the hole at 142.3 m. Pyrite and pyrrhotite were observed though the arkosic and argillitic rock. The intervall from 127.9 m to 133.3 m was logged as containing 10% py, 20% po, tr. cp., sp.
