Location Method: Based on Assessment
Access Description: Take Highway 101 E from Timmins to Highway 610. Proceed north on 610 to the Ice Chest Lake Road. The drill collar is located about 1 km west of the Ice Chest Lake Road about 5 km north of the intersection with Highway 610.
1982-83 - St. Joe Canada Inc.: Ground geophysics (T-2510) 1988, 1990, 1996 - A.J. Salo: Airborne geophysics; geology; drilling to N of occ. (T-3108) 1997 - Arvo Salo completed E-1-97 to a depth of 524.5 ft. The hole was drilled at -55 degrees az. 180. (T-4764) 2004 - Porcupine Joint Venture drilled hole MT04-31 (bearing az. 180) approximately 150m NNW of Salo hole. (T-5095)

Feb 13, 2008 (G Seim) - The geology of the area consists of mafic metavolcanics in fault contact with Hoyle metasediments to the south. The fault is interpreted to be the western extension of the Pipestone Fault.

Feb 13, 2008 (G Seim) - Hole E-1-97 intersected a sheared alteration zone from 150.02 to 151.36 m. (1.34 m) The zone contained 10% to 15% quartz veining with 1% pyrite in the sericitized wallrock. The alteration zone cuts greywacke.
