Dec 07, 2005 (G Seim) - W61-03 encountered 7 m overburden and collared in pillowed mafic volcanic rock. At 26.46 m the hole passed into a fine-grained diorite and returned to pillowed mafic volcanic rock at 95.13 m. At 100.27 m to 100.75 m at graphitic cherty sedime was intersected. This unit returned 3030 ppm Zn and 545 ppm Cu ofer 0.48 m. Additional interflow graphitic sediments in mafic volcaincs continued to the end of the hole. The interflow sediment at typically anomalous in Cu and Zn. The interval from 147.89 to 149.56 returned 7240 ppm Zn and 1660 ppm Cu.
