Jun 01, 2006 (D Draper) - Initial sampling results reported by Lusikauf in 1926 from the east outcrop: 4ft @ $10.00 and 32ft @ $1.30 Au/ton (equivalent to 0.17 to 1.2 oz/ton Au). Sampling by Graham in 1930 assayed $3.40/ton (avg annual value Au for both years: $20.70) // Of Mountain Frontiers 8 drillholes on the occurrance, 5 returned significant assays (holes 1, 2, 4, 5 & 7). The highest assays occurred in hole #4 from py & cpy mineralized quartz veins in a felsic volcanic unit: an avg. 2.2 g/t Au over 3.5m, including 0.5m of 8.93 g/t Au and 45.3 g/t Ag. In hole #7, a sheared gabbro unit with quartz (vein?) and py returned 8.96 g/t Au and 38.5 g/t Ag over 0.6m.
