Location Method: Based on Assessment
Access Description: Access to the NW quadrant of Tully Twp is from the south where bush trails lead northwards from the end of the gravel road which ends at the Texmont Deposit. An alternate access is from the east where bush trails lead west from the end of the gravel road passing by Ice Chest Lake and Roy Lake.
Exploration activity by Newmont Exploration in 1982 resulted in DDH 255 - B - 82-1 intersecting weakly anomalous gold values which returned a weighted average grade of 219 ppb Au / 22.0 feet (395.5-417.5 ft). These values were hosted by what the drill log describes as Exhalative chemincal sediments with pyrite and Exhalative massive pyrite.
