Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The ultramafic is described as massive and medium grained although the unit shows some deformation and brecciation at depth. The peridotite is fractured and some of the fractures contain serpentine. The overlying gabbro conains numerous quartz-calcite veins.
Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The best intersection returned 1744 ppm Ni over 5 ft. Pt and Pd values ranged from <1 ppb to 7 ppb. The property owner reportedly has panned several diamonds from the river and recovered 1 diamond from drill core. Grab samples collected on the east side of the river returned Pd values ranging from 54 ppb to 300 ppb and Pt values ranging from 40 ppb to 250 ppb. Channel samples collected by Tres-Or returned the following values: 0.654 g/t PGE + Au over 12.2 m; 0.574 g/t PGE+Au over 14.00 m and 0.594 g/t PGE + Au over 22.00m. Re-analysis of drill hole 91-1returned a weighted average grade of 0.238 g/t PGE + Au over 10.7 m. A sample from Broadlands drill hole M-01-3 returned an assay of 0.19% Ni form a total of 6 samples taken over 92.5 m).
