Exploration History

In 1964 and 1965 The International Nickel Co. of Canada, Limited drilled 1 EXT and 2 AXT diamond drill holes to test airborne anomaly 4-189a. Each hole intersected graphitic argillite beds in intermediate volcanic rock.

Dec 07, 2005 (G Seim) - Hole Number 25069 -- 448 ft. to 454 ft. 1.06% Zn, 0.11% Cu; Hole Number 27072 -- 1.8 ft. assaying 0.66% Zn and an addtional 1.8 ft. assaying 0.60% Zn hole Number 27077 -- 6.1 ft. assaying 0.42% Zn and and an addtional 3.1 assaying 0.55% Zn.
