Sep 23, 2014 (P Bousquet) - The site has a good potential for the development of fuel and horticultural peat. However, extraction of peat would be hampered because two-thirds of the peatland is covered by trees. The total peat volume is two million cubic metres while the total humified peat is 1.26 million cubic metres (OFR5492).
