Exploration History

1964: Inco carried out a diamond drill program, presumably as follow up to an airborne geophysical survey. No significant results from this program were reported. 1972: Dome Exploration flew an airborne electromagnetic and magnetic survey over the area. None of the diamond drill follow up work was directed near to the CANICO holes. 1972: Dome Exploration Canada – AMag. 1980: Domex continued exploration of the general area with a ground magnetic survey followed by a limited drill program on targets well away from the Inco holes. 1987: The general area of the Inco holes was included in a joint venture exploration program carried out by Gail Resources, Marshall Minerals, and Gold Vessel Resources. None of this work was directed towards targets near the Inco holes. 2001 – 2003: George Ross, Fred Ross, Garry Windsor – Assays, Beep, Pr, Samp, Tr.
