Lithology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The trench exposed a NW trending sedimentary-volcanic contact. The metasediments are interlayered wacke and silstone. The mafic metavolcanics are ampholitized, stongly foliated an display locally pronounced metamorphic layering. Elevated Zn values are found in pegmatitic veins intruding the metasediments.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Five grab samples returned assays ranging from 1670 ppm to 5440 ppm Zn.


Aug 10, 2012 (P Bousquet) - Sphalerite is present under the form of pockets in the pegmatite vein.
