Aug 27, 2014 (A Wilson) - Grab samples collected by Royex in 1984 returned values ranging from 0.04 to 0.08 oz/t Au. Chip samples collected in 1985 returned values of 0.07 oz/t Au over 8.5 ft in the tonalite; other chip samples returned values of 0.12 oz/t Au; 0.107 oz/t Au over 15 ft. from the vein itself. The best assay returned 0.92 oz/t Au over 2.9 ft.Royex calculated an average grade of 0.155 oz/t Au over 8 ft; including a higher grade section with an average grade of 0.305 oz/t Au over 9.4 ft. Two dirll holes intersected the C West Zone - intersections included assays of 0.151 oz/t Au over 4.9 ft; 0.125 oz/t Au over 2.2 ft. A parallel zone of quartz was also intersected about 25 feet to the north; it averaged 0.370 oz/t Au over 2.6 ft.
