Access Description: The site is accessible via a series of overgrown trails heading north-northeast from the former Renabie Mine site. The vein is located approximately 1 km north of the Renabie Mine.

1940-41: Macassa Mines Ltd. - mapping, DD-3-519 ft. 1984-85: North Goldfields Resources Ltd. - ground geophysics, mapping, stripping, trenching.

Lithology Comments

Aug 27, 2014 (A Wilson) - The showing consists of narrow quartz veins (1-3 cm) within sheared and altered trondhjemite-tonalite. To the east, a series of tensional quartz veins have been developed.

Mineralization Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - A grab sample from the vein returned values over 0.3 oz/t Au. Channel samples from the vein returned values ranging from 0.01 oz/t Au and 0.1 oz/ Ag over 30 cm to 0.04 oz/t Au and 0.1 oz/t Ag over 100cm. The eastern part of the vein returned assays of 1.55 g/t Au and 2.2 g/t Ag over 2.4 m.
