Access Description: Drive east along the Renabie Mine access road for approximately 5. 5 km to a disused SE trending bush road. Drive south for approximately 1 km to where the road crosses Stover Creek. Traverse north for approximately 500 m to the vein.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The Baltimore Lake Deformation Zone (BLDZ) is located in northwestern Stover Township where it is defined by by a 1.2 km wide, SE-trending zone of folding, transposition and shearing. The BLDZ can be traced fro approximately 6 km southeastward across Stover Township. The BLDZ is characterized by rootless isoclinal folds of bedding/schistosity, sinistral and dextral shear folds, transposition and ductile shear zones axial planr to the folds.

Aug 20, 2013 (A Wilson) - The occurrence consists of quartz stringers and lenses within sheared and altered andesite. The quartz content ranges from 25 to 75% of the zones. The zone is intensely silicified. The mineralized zones are narrow sheared zones in massive, fine-grained intermediate metavolcanics. These zones pinch and swell along strike and range in width from small stringers to well-defined zones up to 36 inches in width.

Aug 20, 2013 (A Wilson) - Grab samples collected by S. Pileggi in 1943 returned samples ranging from 0.02 oz/t Au over 29 inches to 2.67 oz/t Au over 30 inches. Bulk samples collected by Stover Gold Mines from the showing in 1942, returned values of 1.10 ozt Au, 0.04 oz/t Au and 0.25 oz/t Au. Assays obtained from diamond drilling completed by Dome were: 0.10 oz/t Au over 1.2 ft, 0.2 oz/t Au over 2.2 ft, 0.32 oz/t Au over 1.8 ft, 0.5 oz/t Au over 3.2 ft., 1.5 oz/t Au over 1.6 ft and 0.25% Cu. Grab samples collected by W. Kerr returned assays up to 120550 ppb Au.
