Access Description: Access to this site is difficulat. No direct overland routes lead to the site, although a winter haul road is found 5 km NW of the site.
Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The site has moderate potential for the development of fuel and horticultural peat. Peat volume is estimated to be 16.99 million cubic metres of humified fpeat. Significant deposits of humified Carex-dominant peat, considered suitable as a fuel source are found in the bog. The site has a dense tree cover, that will hinder peat extraction. Access to the site also is poor.
