Access Description: The property is adjacent to the ACR and is accessible by foot or ATV from the village of Goudreau. The site is located on the north shore of Johnson Lake (local name), approximately 3 km south of Goudreau.
1900?: trenching by persons unknown. 1985: Manwa Exploration - sampling. 1987: International Corona - soil survey, prospecting, sampling. 1998 : Sears, Barry and Associates - mapping, soil survey, till sampling (heavy minerals), sampling.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The occurrence lies in a zone of relatively undeformed rock between the Goudreau Lake Deformation Zone to the north and the Cradle Lake Deformation Zone to the south. The area is underlain by a sequence of felsic metavolcanic rocks consisting of feldspar crystal tuffs, fine-grained laminated tuffs and coarse fragmental rocks.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Sphalerite occurs as massive lenses and stringers within sericitized felsic host rocks. Grab samples collected by the OGS in 1984 ranged up to 1.59 oz/t Ag, 0.01 oz/t Au, 1290 ppm Cu, 92 ppm Pb and 11.4% Zn over 92 cm. Two grab samples collected by Sears in 1998 ran 9.7% and 8.5% Zn.
