Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Elevated gold values are returned from sheared sericite and carbonate altered hypabyssal intrusives (porphyry) containing quartz stringers and veinlets. The Big Lake hypabyssal intrusion has a maximum width of 0.8 km at Big Lake and may have a strike length of approximately 2.4 km. The intrusion is texturally and compositionall homogeneous and has undergone pervasive sausseritization.
